For your convenience, VOEPASS (Passaredo Linhas Aéreas and MAP Linhas Aéreas) offers the option to purchase tickets and complete the check-in process digitally, now also available through the APP. Complete your check-in up to 72 hours before your flight departs. This service is available for all regular and domestic flights, at all airports operated by VOEPASS (Passaredo Linhas Aéreas and MAP Linhas Aéreas).

Please note: This service is not available for children under 12 years old and for group assistance.

For customers WITHOUT checked baggage, you must arrive at the boarding gate at least 30 minutes before the flight departure time. Except at São Paulo - Congonhas, where check-in closes 40 minutes before takeoff.

For customers WITH checked baggage, you must arrive at the VOEPASS (Passaredo Linhas Aéreas and MAP Linhas Aéreas) check-in counter at least 2 hours before the scheduled flight time to check in your luggage.
